I recently visited the restaurant and faced several problems. First, the sodas were flat, so I decided to try the sweet tea, but it had a sour taste. I ended up drinking two cups of it, and neither was enjoyable. After I returned to the restaurant from the drive-thru, I shared my concerns with an employee, but they said there was nothing they could do. I waited around for about 10 minutes, hoping to resolve the issue, but the manager refused to speak to me or offer a refund. Interestingly, I noticed that the soda in the dining area was fine. It was frustrating to see the manager simply shrug without addressing my complaint. As a manager myself, I would never allow a customer to feel dismisse...
I typically have a great experience at this restaurant. However, it tends to be busier than the nearby McDonald's due to the offices next door. The primary issue is the parking lot; drivers often speed around the building trying to get into the always-crowded drive-thru lanes. Some inconsiderate drivers block the only lane that keeps traffic flowing because they won’t take the time to join the correct drive-thru line. There used to be a lovely older lady who managed the parking area, but unfortunately, I believe she has passed away. Overall, the parking situation can be quite frustrating.
I understand that it's McDonald’s, and I usually keep my expectations low, so for me to give it a one-star rating speaks volumes. The employees were rude and acted like the customers didn’t matter. At one point, I even saw an employee verbally harassing a customer who was trying to get their order fixed because it was incorrect. It's disappointing that management allows this kind of treatment towards customers. I hope there will be some changes, and that things will get better in the future.
Wow, I was really impressed with how quick and attentive the staff was! I didn’t have to repeat my order, and everything was accurate and delicious—except for the fries, which were a bit stale. Considering it was noon on a Wednesday, that was understandable. Overall, great job at this location! It's definitely one of my top three favorites.

The service was very quick and friendly. My order was spot on, and the egg McMuffin was delicious.
