Can I just say how much I appreciate that they have their play place opened? Food was fresh. Throughout the years this location has been pretty consistent with their quality and customer service. They have updated their dining area a couple times for the last 20 years, but the play place is the same. But they keep up on the maintenance of it (no tears or broken pieces) so you can trust the safety of your children being in it. ?Kid-friendliness: Play place. Kids meals. Friendly employees. Parking: All around the building. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to door. Tables that wheel chairs can pull up to. But the play place is NOT wheelchair friendly. Visiting this restaurant in the morning is a huge mistake. A staff member tends to shout loudly with excitement when they see someone at the drive-thru or the front counter, running around in the back making strange noises and shrieks. This is my third time experiencing this while trying to enjoy my breakfast in the dining area, and it genuinely makes my heart race, as I worry that someone might be seriously hurt. I find this kind of stress unacceptable and intolerable. Other customers seemed to feel the same way, gasping at the ear-piercing noise. I'd recommend choosing another place; there are plenty of other great restaurants nearby.
Don’t even think of going to any other McDonald’s location other than this gem right here in the heart of Van Dyke. I’ve literally been to Michelin star restaurants where the service even didn’t come close to the kindness of the staff here. I was in the drive-thru and the employee at the first window complimented my jacket and the employee at the second window said she loved my nails and to have a good day. You just don’t find customer service like this anywhere else folks.

At 4pm it took 15 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive-thru, customer ahead of me only had a shake of some sort and waited 5 minutes after getting to the window to get it...my fries were cold and crispy chicken deluxe tasted dry and looked like it was old...beverage was good what was there to mess up...won't return to this location
I've been visiting this branch for two years, and it's still my favorite drive-thru! Tonight, I had a wonderful cashier, and the woman who handed me my food was really sweet. Mistakes do happen occasionally, but it doesn't bother me much because they get it right 99% of the time.
love that they give them a free cup of ice when there is really hot outside thanks to mcdonald’s? ? park: it was easy to park and was not many people on the parking lot
order a delivery at work with a worker. simple 6 pieces meal when it arrived, I went my soße dug had a disc through the entire top. I had no sauce, my fries were cold!

this is definitely one of the better mcdonald’s in the metro detroit area eat always fresh and hot plus the personal are rockstars. highly recommended?
