It was quite embarrassing for everyone involved. The manager became emotional and expressed how much she dislikes crying, to which your response was that she should take into account the feedback from Learning and District Manager Bryant, who believes in her and wants her to improve. While I appreciate the intent behind your words, the conversation was clearly audible to everyone in the lobby. If you had chosen a more private setting for this discussion, it might have spared her the added embarrassment and allowed for a more respectful dialog...
very clean, very friendly I was addressed multiple times , if I needed help while I waited for my order , I ask for certain things and received with a smile , tea was fresh, very good ! I over heard a manager coaching an employee about the 10 foot rule , it was refreshing to see a manager out on the floor coaching the proper way of doing things! I stopped in for a quick bathroom break and ended up leaving with full stomachs! The service was outstanding for a fast food restaurant, and the staff actually seemed happy and eager to help. The place was clean, and they were mopping the floors while we were there. The service was incredibly quick as well. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5!
I don't understand why they can't serve regular food all day. Why do they have to restrict breakfast and dinner to specific times? Their breakfast isn’t great, and there are no gluten-free options available. I have to wait until after 11 AM to eat there, and even then, the choices are very limited.

I had a pleasant experience at this location today. The staff was friendly, and the food was served quickly. The only reason I wouldn’t give it 5 stars is that about 85% of the time when I visit, it takes longer than at other McDonald's locations.
Short staff at the night we last visited, so there was a little waiting time. The crew/managers at the service were friendly and professional. I never had a problem in this place.
This McDonald's is really quick. They would have received a fifth star, but they always seem to skimp on the fries. Half of the box isn't even filled!
