3/22/24 update: They charged me .28 cents per extra SAUCE, theres no where on the order screen that says how much your allocated for sauce nor a price tag on extra, if i go to chick fil or taco bell i dont have to pay or beg for extra sauce. they remolded this location and they said the service would be better on alabsters facebook page, the lady at the window i think she may have been a manager due to the grey shirt was so freaking rude then charged for sauce for Nuggets when i only got 1 for a 10 piece. I hope this location just goes under its that awful.By far the most rude and horrible McDonald’s location around town. Every time we order something is missing and any time we get the sweet...
The overall experience was negative. As soon as you walk in it smells almost like sewage. Our kids were hungry so we still decided to order. One of the women working made my 10yr old son cry because she snapped at him when he asked to exchange a sauce that they gave to us busted. No one offered any apology when I told them I didn't appreciate the way my son was talked to.Fries were cold.Kid-friendliness: They are NOT kid friendly. A worker made my 10yr old son cry.
This is the closest McDonalds to my job and home and every time we order from it, something is wrong. Food is burnt or they forget to give you items. Had to return several time for corrections. Drive through always has a struggle getting the correct order, they never check. The systems McDonalds has in place are not being followed at this store. Pictures of burnt food are available.
We had breakfast at this restaurant, and I was dismayed to see the manager treat the cashier poorly on two occasions. The manager's lack of education and manners was evident. Unfortunately, it seems to be becoming a trend in Alabama for service staff to be rude and poorly behaved. We even encountered similar behavior at a McDonald's in Hoover with my daughter.

The supervisor, a Black woman, treats the cashier, who has unique needs, in a brusque and rude manner despite the cashier’s friendly demeanor. This behavior creates a negative atmosphere in the restaurant, as she often raises her voice and yells at her colleagues.
Always issues at this specific location!! Whether its not entering your order correctly, not receiving all of the items you paid for, and/or poor customer service. Just drive the extra 5 minutes to the Promenade location, much better!!
Very rude!!! Food was nasty!!! Even after I order no mustard!!! It still was on there!!! Kids meal fries had 5 fries in it!!! Hire new ppl.
Don't go here .. it's just a bunch of bitter black girls being rude 99% of the time just because they have to do their job

This place is terrible! Don't waste your time. Took 20 mins for nuggets in drive thru.
