Average basic quality, excessive waiting and unfriendly staff. After 15-20min when I ask several times where my order is, the server tells me whenever it happens, we go back to sit and when I go back to the counter ask again where my order is, a friendly waitress answers me that my order was not yet in preparation. It's not McDonald's restaurant in which I have the best experience despite the fact that I come there on average three times a week.
It would have been very nice to put a screen so that the customer knows where his order is like in some other McDo I don't know why in Claye-Souilly they don't want to do it.
