If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible service! I placed a mobile order, drove here, checked into spot 3 and waited for over an hour for 3 kids meals for my kiddos! They were so excited for the new Halloween buckets they brought back andI asked multiple times for assistance and they just said, ?I?ll check on that for you? as they delivered meals to other vehiclesnear me and nothing was done for me. I went in to speak with a manager and my order vanished from my mobile app but my bank wasalready charged and I had the receipt on my email. I asked for a refund but they made my food instead and no apology was given.Absolutely worst service at this location. Not coming back.
On July 10th, around 7 or 8 PM, I visited McDonald's to pick up an order. I noticed a manager (a short man with curly black hair) and another manager (a slightly larger woman with multi-colored hair). The male manager put his finger in his mouth while speaking to her, and it looked like he was biting his nails. After their conversation, he went back to preparing orders. When I glanced at the female manager, she smiled at me and walked away. This is just disgusting. They need to wash their hands after touching their mouths before handling food, especially when customers are watching. I wouldn't recommend eating here if you want to avoid getting sick.
I've enjoyed many value meals and ice cream cones at this McDonald's location. They have double lanes in the drive-through, so the wait times are usually short. I've always been able to eat and get back to work during my lunch break. However, one time when I ordered a meal and an ice cream cone, they handed me the ice cream first, then the food. It would make more sense to give the food and drink first, and the ice cream last, since it's hard to hold your meal with a melting cone in hand. Aside from that, it's a great place.
We visited around 7 PM and didn’t receive our food until after 7:30 PM. It’s unclear whether the delay was due to understaffing or equipment issues, but this McDonald’s definitely needs to improve its evening service. I’m not sure how busy it is in the mornings, but if the experience is similar, I’ll have to maintain this low rating. As the song from Grease goes, you better shape up.

It's a bit disappointing to see how Ronald McDonald and the overall vibe of McDonald's have changed over the past 20 years. While I understand they're aiming for a more modern look, I brought my child here to play, and it felt somewhat sad. Don't get me wrong, the place was clean and sanitary, but it just wasn't the McDonald's I remember from my childhood.
Went there a few days ago. Got us some cheeseburgers, fries, a hot and spicy chicken sandwich and a pair of drinks. The chicken sandwich was the only good item. The fries were hard as rocks and the drinks literally tasted like mold and nearly made usgag. This McDonald?s is just super inconsistent? probably my first 1-star experience here.
It was a scorching day, so I decided to grab one of McDonald's big vanilla shakes to cool down. There's nothing like an excellent shake! Thank you, McDonald's staff, for a great addition to the menu!
Too me McDonald's does NOT have good tasting food. They're cheap. So I buy a drink and an apple fritter.The best location so far is at 7th Ave Van Buren in Phoenix Arizona.
