The behaviour of Ubereats co bookers is deplorable. They grind the courtesy to the customers present, they cling to the top of the boxes to see if the orders are ready (including leaning at the top of the orders in preparation which is not hygienic), they insist on the employees to be delivered before the customers present... It would be good for staff not to be complicit in such practices. We also had a very unpleasant feeling that the Ubereats were delivered before us, while we were with family. PS: I ate an employee's hair by eating my potatoes
Really not good. I didn’t have my order loaded enough in just a few minutes but it was sandwiches already prepared and stored for a while. It was cold and fade. And the fries were soaked and cold. It was an extra Deluxe. So for the price I was very disappointed.
