I used the drive-thru at this location on September 4th around 3 PM, and I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. I was informed that they were out of straws for my drinks, which I understand can happen, but the problem was that I wasn’t told this until I reached the pickup window after I had already paid. I asked to speak with the manager, but she seemed angry and defensive when I inquired if there were any straws available in the lobby. She replied no and told me to move along. I plan to call corporate to file a complaint about this experience.
I regret to say that my experience was quite disappointing. I was really let down to find out that McDonald’s no longer has the Delight Egg McMuffin on their menu. When I mentioned this to the manager, Jessica, she was rather rude and insisted that the item had been unavailable for over a year. However, her attitude changed when we asked for the corporate contact number.
The drive-thru cashier was exceptionally friendly and attentive to my order. Even though the manager's response wasn't what I expected, the cashier remained calm and maintained a cheerful attitude with a smile throughout my visit. He even remembered my dessert, which was a nice touch. I hope to have his assistance again in the future, as he truly made my evening special!

I’m happy to report that my order was accurate this time. Everything I asked for was included, and my specific requests for changes were followed perfectly. Both my meal and coffee were served at the right temperature and tasted amazing. I truly appreciate the care taken to make sure my combo meal was just as I ordered. Excellent quality control. The staff appears to believe that you should wear a mask even while in your own car, which is completely unreasonable. In fact, the manager even told the cashier that it wasn't necessary for him to wear a mask. No one should be dictated about what they can or cannot wear in such circumstances.
I usually opt for curbside pickup, and it's usually quite fast. They've relocated the pickup spot from the entrance on the North side to the exit on the South side, which has less space. The dining area is spacious and well-maintained. Make sure to use the app to take advantage of the deals!
I always request extra apple slices for my kids, but they keep forgetting to include them in the bag! I can overlook it once or twice, but this has happened over four times now! I guess it’s my own fault for continuing to go back to the same place!
