If you're looking for a place where your order will consistently be incorrect, where you'll be rushed, and where the staff may not treat you with courtesy, this is it. As the nearest fast food restaurant to my workplace, I find that every time I visit, there are issues with my order. Many of the employees seem unsure of what they're doing. If you have allergies like me, I highly recommend checking your food before eating it. While I recognize that mistakes happen, it feels like there's a problem every single time I go. I know fast food places might not be expected to be perfect, but you would think a straightforward establishment like this could at least manage to get a simple burger right....
I want to mention Doug this morning as I made a quick trip to our local McDonald's, which was absolutely packed. There were long lines of people ordering inside, and the parking lot was filled with cars either parked or waiting for takeout. The menu was quite limited; they could only offer a handful of breakfast items. There were no frills, like milk for my coffee, ice cream, or oatmeal. BUT WOW, THE SMILES WERE EVERYWHERE!
