I understand how challenging it can be to work under such conditions, but I have to rate this experience one star because one of the staff members just stood there staring at me when I tried to open the door. At the very least, they could have informed me that the inside was closed! A sign would have definitely helped. Ignoring customers only leads to more frustration—I know this from personal experience.
As I left the drive-thru, I noticed a woman on foot yelling at one of the employees, so I hope the staff can bounce back from that incident. My only suggestion is to be more transparent about what's happening. It's quite disrespectful to lock the doors and just laugh while people are left...
I attempted to resolve the issue by contacting customer service on July 30, August 10, and again on August 25, with no response or resolution whatsoever. I had placed the online order specifically to ensure accuracy, even selecting the sauces for my nuggets, which I didn’t receive at all. The only special request was for one drink to be served without ice, which they also messed up.
Additionally, the lobby was closed, so they were only serving through the drive-thru and curbside, indicating they weren’t short-staffed. When I reached the window, the cashier said she heard me but was busy with another customer. I apologized, explaining that I hadn’t heard her and didn’t think she could hear me. Unfortunately, she responded quite rudely, saying, “like I said, I was dealing with someone.” I don’t think she’s suited for that role and might be better working in a different position, like making burgers. On a positive note, the employee at the next window was very friendly. I tried to contact a manager to discuss the situation, but the restaurant wasn’t accepting phone calls and I couldn’t leave a message. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Absolutely terrible! I stood in line while three employees were just hanging around, despite the drive-thru being overwhelmed with cars. I went inside to place my order, but when I received it, my Bacon Egg and Cheese Bagel—a $5 sandwich—was missing. I tried calling the store, but no one picked up, and the voicemail box was full. What kind of awful service is this, where they regularly mess up orders and show no concern for customers missing their food? The management is atrocious, and the employee standards are laughable. I would give zero stars if I could!

I had a frustrating experience at McDonald's 955 this evening. My order was mixed up because the employee taking it couldn’t hear me properly, and I had to repeat my simple burger order five times. I had my 2-year-old granddaughter in the car, and then I overheard an inappropriate word on the speaker. Despite only one car being ahead of me, I waited 30 minutes at the window. When the young man finally handed me my order, he did so quickly and disappeared before I could request any sauces. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and left me confused.
Today at McDonald's, the burgers I ordered were undercooked and red inside. I didn't even take a bite of mine, but my boyfriend realized it halfway through his. This is a serious concern that requires immediate improvement. Such issues with the menu can pose health risks to customers.
The breakfast meats here are dry, and this McDonald's doesn't quite measure up when it comes to good sandwiches. I often find myself driving farther to go to Burger King because I’m usually disappointed with this location.
The sweet tea here is excellent! However, I noticed that the McDonald's near Bristol charges $1.06, while yours is $1.45. I have to admit, you're really cute... and I see you're not into Big Macs!
