My husband picked up dinner tonight, but they forgot our 10-piece nuggets. I called the restaurant, and Josh told me to come back to pick them up. When I arrived and explained the situation to the young man at the drive-thru, he told me to drive around. Even though there were a few cars ahead of me, he handed me a bag of hot, fresh chicken nuggets and said he wouldn’t make me wait in line. Now that’s what I call excellent customer service!
The person at the drive-thru had difficulty hearing our order, so we had to clarify that we wanted two drinks instead of one. Unfortunately, when we got home, we discovered that they had only included one cheeseburger instead of two.
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! There's an outstanding employee named Bobbi who goes above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome and that your order is correct. She's incredibly sweet and such a nice young lady!
The staff at the restaurant were generally quite incompetent, with the exception of a shorter brunette woman wearing glasses. I wish I had caught her name so that I could specifically commend her for her excellent service. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
