I don't know what the issue is with this location, but they either can't keep morning employees, they don't hire enough staff, or something else. This is on my way to work, but can't go through the drive-through unless I have an extra 15 min to just sitand wait. If anything, it's consistently like this. I've sat in front of the order menu with no response, the menu boardglitching out and while waiting upwards of 15 min with only 1-2 cars ahead of me. There seems to be a lack of concern for speed. I'll have my bag of food, then it'll take an additional 5 min to get my coffee. More often than not, the iced coffee is notcold or overly ladden with syrup. Then, the food is room temp. This establishment is a joke. There is a constant lack of professionalism and work ethic. DEFINITELY NOT OPEN 24 HOURS! In fact I don't even think that they're open more than 12 hours out of the day. If you try to order food through the drive-thru betweenmidnight and 6:30 a.m. you will either be greeted with an automatic dismissal of service or not receive any greeting at all. Ifyou miraculously manage to place an order through the drive-thru good luck getting the right thing! What an embarrassment
Do not go here! They?re rude and disrespectful. If you use a code, forget it, you?re better off purchasing through the app. They gave my son a bacon cheeseburger in his kids meal that was hard as a rock. Who gives a toddler a bacon cheeseburger withMayo in a kids meal?! My bill was $12 over what it should?ve been bc they couldn?t figure out how to use the code the app was asgiving. So disgusted.
The drive-thru line is consistently slow, and getting a complete order of fries feels like a coin toss. Usually, the orders are correct, but the food often arrives cold. At least half the time, I end up leaving because the wait can be as long as 30 minutes. I understand COVID has affected things, but I haven't seen any improvement in service or quality over the last six months.

I had a wonderful experience at my local McDonald's. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our order was ready in no time, and the food was hot and exactly as we requested. The restaurant was bright and clean, and I appreciated the accessible seating, which was both tidy and comfortable. We definitely plan to return to this McDonald's regularly in the future.
Three strikes and you?re out. This was the third visit, only wanting to purchase a drink, and waiting for somebody to take my order which never happened. This location is notorious for long waits. Never again. If I want to grab a drink I?ll make the tripto McDonald?s at Granite Run where service is always A+.
Forget the other reviews—this McDonald's is fantastic! I visited tonight at 11:30 p.m. and was welcomed by a wonderful staff member who showed nothing but respect. If I could, I would give him a huge raise for his outstanding hospitality. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family!
The best rating I can give this McDonald's is 3 stars. On an average day, the experience is quite disappointing. My 6-year-old enjoys the fries and chicken, but the poor service makes me reluctant to visit.

Excellent atmosphere and very friendly service. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely recommend this place to others. Affordable prices and generous portions. Great job!
They have chairs on the tables so tell us not to sit there or remove the chairs. Dirty tables. The pay kiosks do not issue out receipts and the one is broken.
