If there was a (0- choice I would give it for their poor and awful customer service. First They made me wait In the designated parking spots for 30+plus because they gave my order to someone else. By the time they finally gave me my order my drinks werenot cold enough and my McFlurrys were melted I told them if they can give me some fresh ones the guy took them inside we had towait 10 minutes more and we would of still be having to wait more if we didn?t get down and went inside. As we were coming outwe saw the guy that was suppose to bring our drinks waiting for what I assume his order he was either on break or going homebecause he didn?t have his hat on. Poorly run restaurant. They give you the option to choose drive thru or curbside if you order from the app, but if you choose drive thru they still make you go and park to wait. Why make people wait so they can take orders from the people behind you? No first come, first served anymore? The overall customer service is poor at this location too and they have an issue withaccuracy of orders. I don?t come here hardly ever anymore due to my issues I have with this location but when I do I can counton them letting me down.
The issue with this location is not the food. It?s how it?s managed. They take orders nonstop and make cars park in a number just so they can get better drive thru times. By doing that, they create a chaos in the kitchen and it?s when they start gettingstuff wrong. They start giving out wrong orders and when you get your order. Custom items are prepared wrong. It?s better totake it slower and get things right the first time. It?s not fair to new teen team members to go thru these bad experiences withcustomers.
Great staff!! Great selection of food they still provide breakfast pretty well into the day. Fast convenient as fast food should be.
