I attempted to order a smoothie with my meal, but they informed me they didn't have it. I also asked about their slushies, only to be told they had just two flavors available. At that point, I decided to change my order to just a sandwich and fries with no salt. It took a total of 12 minutes to receive my order—considering fries typically only take five minutes to prepare, this was inexcusable. To make matters worse, the fries were soggy and tasted like they had old grease, and the burger was still raw on the inside. It’s baffling how a restaurant can run out of basic items that customers want. Overall, I was very disappointed, and I won't be returning to this McDonald's.
This McDonald's was disgusting. The floor in the children's play place was filthy, the highchairs were covered in I am not sure, and around the garbage can was nasty. It was unfortunate, our 3 year old granddaughter enjoys playing in these, but was not allowed to. It is hard to explain to a three year old why they can't play as normal. When I mentioned it to management, I got you are mistaken, they were just in there an hour ago. I do not frequent McDonald's, and can say that this one, I can avoid for the rest of my life and make sure that anyone I know can as well. Shoot, there's one right up the road.
Manager tells me they?re not open yet. No sort of closed sign posted. Claims her system didn?t work so they aren?t open. I ask if I can use the bathroom. She opens the door. I thank her several times. She says they?re open now. I tell her I?ll order food to let her know I?m not just using their bathroom. Her reply? ?Here we go!? If you don?t wanna work, don?t show up to work. You truly don?t care about your customers if you?re upset I?m here to buy food. Courtesy goes a long way. Don?t be such a Biznatch
I?ve been standing at the front counter for eight minutes while the young man does everything except take my order. I?m the only one at the counter, and he can?t prioritize an incoming guest over refilling the milk bath and letting the kitchen get started on my order while he messes with that. I was quite disappointed with my experience. The burgers I received were nearly raw, with only the edges cooked; the centers were completely undercooked. This is unacceptable and poses a serious health risk, potentially leading to food poisoning. I strongly advise against eating or ordering from this restaurant in the future.
I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a McDouble and a large fries. I ended up paying over $6 for what turned out to be a regular cheeseburger instead of a double. What a joke! It's frustrating that the employees expect to earn $15 an hour while they can't even get a simple order right. I won't be coming back again!
I asked for breakfast deluxe and the guy tell me you wanna burrito? NO I ASKED FOR BREAKFAST DELUXE! and again tell me burrito? Came on breakfast deluxe whit pancakes ????, and he 's telling me pancake whit sauce? What that fu*k? I 'm not came back to those restaurant, go to Hy-Vee more better food, and a great service!
This is the best McDonald's in Urbandale, without a doubt! You never have to worry about receiving cold food. Your order is usually fresh, and the wait time is very short—almost as quick as BBop! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The McDonald's put onions on both sandwiches causing us to not be able to eat them and also causing my friend who is deathly allergic to onions to end up in the er.
