Used to love this outlet but due to changes in staff, we don 't get any service with a smile. The Asian girl is rude and doesn 't do her work with a passion. She 's always texting does calls, not during her break. They take forever to get your simple order ready, despite the emptiness and not during lunch crowd. I went to the DT this time, and I didn't use the ap. Also, I always keep my orders super simple when eating at a FF restaurant. They're busy, some are inexperienced that work there and these are not career people for the most part. Never had a problem with this location. No difference this time either. Visited on the weekend. Ordered McDouble and small frie. $4.12. The girls working at the DT were not as friendly as the employees at the Grand Haven location, but hey, they got the order right and gave me the correct change from my fiver.
Other than the occasional food mix ups or missing not horrible considering a fast food resturant. The restaurant inside isant overly clean but not filthy. The one thing that bothers me is only having 5 parking spots on the side of the building that constantly have employees parked in them. I don't mind walking farther but maybe be more considerate to your patrons. If your working park behind the restaurant that would only be common sense in my opinion. The people there need raises the place needs a complete degreasing the floors need cleaned and the area stinks like sewage backup. Small parking area not even large enough as well as small dining area. Bad location and should never have been built there and no space for a Burger King across from it. If I could give a zero star I would. I got fries and ranch with my order. When I got home and opened my bag there was leftover trash in my fries. Also the fries were cold and they charged me for ranch... When did they get so cheap to charge for condiments. Also their ice cream machine was down, of course.

Somebody paid for my food the other day and it was the BEST thing that happened to me all year so far. Somebody had NO idea 12 dollars could make someone's day 100 better. Pay it forward.
