I wish I could give zero stars. Whoever was responsible for our meal should really be ashamed! It was a miracle that my kids weren’t with us since they could have eaten this. Fortunately, we’re adults and realized this food was inedible. It was old, hard, and disgusting. The packaging was awful; the fries looked like they had fallen on the ground before being tossed into the bag. After just one bite of my chicken nugget, my throat hurt, and my husband took a bite of the fish and immediately spit it out. It's hard to believe that anyone could feel good about serving this. Awful . I ordered a happy meal they charged me .30 for the apple juice that comes with the happy meal . When I was given my food the happy meal box was not closed and they did not give me my apple juice . I had to pull into the parking lot and call them tohave them bring my apple juice out to the car because you can not walk in to this location. I ordered a well done McDouble itwas not well done . I asked for a coke with light ice I got half a cup of ice . Rude employee at drive thru who gave me my food. I will not be back and I live near by .
Horrible service. The first time I went they forgot two of my items, and the second time they forgot another thing. The employees were wondering around the kitchen, and my grandmother had to tell one of the employees how to enter our order. Really?Then she had to go back to the kitchen, and had to stop another employee from making our food wrong. They all seem like it wastheir first day, and had no clue what they were doing. It was ridiculous, and I?m not going back.
The worker with the glasses , 6 foot white male was on his phone the entire time I was in line trying to tell him I mobile ordered. Meanwhile , the little girl with a brunette ponytail (I think her name is Bianca) was hanging out with another employeetalking the whole time. It left Gabriela and the other woman doing everything. They need a promotion and the others need to go.. nuggets were good though!

This was my 3rd time in week in a half idk what has happened at this store but it has not gotten better. The soda machine hasn't worked for a week. Main reason I come is to get dollar coke. Wow! For a week we need to call district or another store for helpgee whiz! Fix the machine please not let it go for a week. The food something happened if employee can't get soda foodhorrible.
I typically get unsweetened ice tea. This tea at this location is disgusting. It taste like it's instant powder stuff. None of the other places taste like this. ???? Af. Tried it twice. 1st time they added hella lemons ..this only made it worse. I had totoss it. Not drinkable. This time still not drinkable
The Mocha Frappe and the large soda did not arrive. The sausage McMuffin was made incorrectly and was inedible. The Danish wasn't very good. The chocolate chip cookie tote is great, as usual (the cookies are baked fresh, are tasty, and are a great deal).
Oatmeal arrives dry No apple. No raisins NO HOT WATER. ADDED! What is the matter ! Always something missing order is NEVER. Correct/filled Your store isa NIGHTMARE
