I encountered a mistake with my order, but it wasn't significant enough for me to drive back to McDonald's. However, they did make an error. I called and spoke with the manager, Adon, who took great care of me. Normally, I would lower my rating for such issues, but the customer service I received from the manager was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Thank you! I will definitely be returning because your food is simply addictive!
I would give it a five-star rating, but my Coke didn't quite taste like Coke—there was something off about it. Other than that, I was really impressed with the freshly cooked food! It was hot and delicious. The fries had just the right amount of salt, so there was no need to add anything (I do like my fries a little extra sometimes, especially when they're fresh!). My granddaughter was also very happy with her Happy Meal!
The older lady was quite grumpy. She called one of the customers a "vieja vocina" because they left something on the table. I asked her for an extra straw, and she got angry. When I ordered a Diet Coca-Cola, she didn’t hear me and then got upset with me, saying she now had to redo everything because of it. I think she must be having a rough day.
They were so short staff that they had to close the dining room and only one option was the ride thru. And even then the line moved quickly. They worked their butts. I guess people called after Mother's Day. The little crew that was abandoned worked really hard this day. Thanks, guys! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Wow, that was the best McDonald's I've ever visited! The customer service was fantastic, and the restaurant itself was really nice. The staff did an excellent job. It's a pity that customers aren't treated this well in the city. I give it 5 stars!
Florinda is the kindest most attentive employee and made sure all of our orders were right, even with allergies. We loved our experience and demand Florinda gets all of the raises and promotions possible!! A real gem!!
Always have great experience here. Very quick when in drive thru and very nice people that serve you. I wish they would have a tip jar like starbucks does for all their employees. Love there great service that much !!!
I believe that using the app for pickup is a fantastic alternative to the drive-thru. Additionally, there are plenty of rewards available that offer discounted orders and even free sandwiches or ice cream. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
