I can?t with McDonalds. This place has horrible customer service. For starters, no one greeted us. And their dining room was a mess. Half the tables were dirty. When we went to Eder on the kiosk, the first one full on rebooted on us. So we went to adifferent one. And when we finally put the order in and ready to pay, it FROZE. So we hit the button to call theattendant/cashier, and it took her forever. We explained to her what happened and at first she wanted us to just wait for it tocome back up. We asked her if she?d just take our order so we could get it over with, and she had to call over a manager to askif she could ring us up. The manager literally gave her a look as of saying, ?why are...
I really think this location has some serious issues. They never get my order right. I drove home only to discover that they gave me chicken nuggets instead of my Big Mac. When I called, the manager, Jose, apologized and said they'd have it ready for me when I drove back, but it still wasn't prepared. I waited for him to come to the register to assist me, and once again, it wasn’t ready. There was no offer of compensation for the mistake either, and now my other food is cold. I guess it’s time to reach out to corporate about this location… again. I highly recommend visiting the other location on Imperial and La Palma instead. Don’t waste your time here.
The restaurant was incredibly crowded, and I noticed an employee asking customers for five-star reviews in exchange for large fries or ice cream. It's disheartening to see a place resorting to bribing customers for good feedback. Now I understand why the service was so poor. The food was cold, and they didn't provide any sauce with the 40 chicken nuggets I ordered. It's utterly absurd. This was, without a doubt, the worst McDonald's I have ever visited, and that's saying a lot.
I encountered a long line at the drive-thru, so I decided to go inside. There was only one other person in the lobby. It has now been 25 minutes since I placed my order. Everything was good except I didnt get the two apple pies, however, they gave me three other pies instead. I prefer the apple, but I appreciate the effort put forth to try to make me happy. Thank you McDonalds!!! The Dasher did good finding my Apt. I live here and still cant find it. hahaha Its a huge place.
Some things you just get a craving for. To me once and a while I have to have me a double quarter pounder combo. Sometimes a Big Mac always the best fries than any other fast food. I know I'm not alone. Their are many other food experiences. Mc Donalds isone of my favorites. Peace big John
The pies were warm and delicious, with the apple tasting incredibly fresh. The vanilla sundae was creamy and refreshing. The server was prompt and courteous, keeping me informed and following instructions perfectly. Great job, team!
