Mcdonald's - Tisch resevieren

I ordered a maxi best of menu and a happy meal yesterday plus the best of free menu thanks to my loyalty points. When I came home I didn't have the free best of menu I should have. Defeated, I lost points on my card that I wouldn't get back and a best of ... menu plus no sauces and towels in the order. I went back and the staff arranged everything nicely. Thank you to them for their professionalism, and for arranging my discontent.
