Ordered via the app, specified table delivery. The app said its almost ready we'll bring it soon. Nope. The food was left on the counter for almost 15 minutes, so it was cold and unappetizing. When asked why the response was rude and just got the impression that they were saying that they didn't have time, but the English wasn't good. Just really bad service and rude treatment when asking why. Also, cold breakfast. Also, don't count on getting cones or shakes, their out or broken machine about half the times I've stopped.
You need to hand out receipts with EVERY order. How am I supposed to prove I paid for something when you guys forget to put it in the bag. When I ordered a burrito meal with an extra hash brown the screen says 2 burritos and under that 2 hash browns. How can you read 2 burritos but only manage to put one hash brown in the bag? Probably not going back just because I’m sick of dealing with people that can’t function on simplicity. Food: 2
Granted, this review is purely for the night shift workers. This is the location closest to my house and they recently started staying open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. The service is always as top quality as possible with great conversation. If more people like the older lady and older gentleman worked there I bet there would be no problems at this location ever.
This is what a large fries looks at here.. you may for a large.. they give u. A large cardboard with the equivalent of a small fries in it!!! This happened to me 3 times this week here.. next time I come here I will make the most vulgar disgusting mess in the bathroom they ever seen so someone has to suffer like I did!!! It is very quiet and peaceful inside. Whether it's a long day or you need some privacy, this place is great to eat something. The staff seems to work hard. I recommend adding plastic ketchup cups as an option because not everyone of packages likes. But that's my opinion honest. Anyway, thank you for my review. Peace
