I had a disappointing experience at McDonald's. The Sausage Egg McMuffin and Hash Browns were clearly old – they were room temperature and nearing cold, with the muffin being quite stale. My Iced Coffee was also not made correctly; I requested extra sugar and extra cream but received the opposite. This has happened multiple times. As much as I enjoy the Iced Coffee when it's made right, which is rarely, I’ll be avoiding it from now on. It’s just not worth the risk.
the girl at the drive-thru was amazing, they were out of pumpkin spice mix and their machine was broken she made sure I got my coffee and made up her own twist and it was amazing! she added pumpkin syrup whipped cream and whatever else and it made mymorning! thank you Baltimore Pike McDonald's in Clifton heights for the amazing service I wish I knew the young lady's name shewas amazing! early morning drive-thru!
Joesph Lenard, very rude and unprofessional worker. Doing a doordash during the night as drive threw was the only thing open. He was being aggressive and trying to tell me I had to get out of the car? I proceeded to explain no I?m in drive thru you can handit threw the window as the drive thru is only open. He was very rude , unprofessional! Do not recommend
This is the greatest McDonald's of all times. I'm exclusively a drive through customer and in over 10 years of regular visits, they have never gotten an order wrong. Is that even possible?? Try saying that at the Brookhaven location. That steaming pile of feces has messed up even lone beverage orders since I was a kid in the 70's and 80's. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Came here about a week ago because my boyfriend and I were in the area. It is a very nice McDonald?s which is kind of a surprise since it is in a pretty busy area. The service was very quick and efficient, our food came out pretty quick which is good andthe food was also hot and fresh. Would definitely come back again in the future.
The drive through line looked long and insufferable at first. They had a young lady outside taking orders. The line moved quickly. They provided service with a smile and I was out of there in record time. Thank you
The young man that i had a the drive through was super nice. The receipts do not have the name on it so I do not remember his name. Food was warm and received it pretty fast even with long line.
Y'all get paid $10 an hour because you absolutely suck at everything. Can't make a fast food order to save your life. The workers deserve $5 an hour and if I could give 0 stars I would. Kys Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
