I asked for fresh coffee the person waited on me told me , oh yeah it’s fresh) so I asked her are you sure she got a attitude and said it fresh. I noticed she went to the Drive thro to finish pouring my coffee because the pot she was pouring from was empty. I got the coffee home it tasted like coffee that had been sitting for hours. I call up there and report the issue. They had the nerve to tell me to bring it back up there. I was home who Gonna bring coffee back to the McDonald’s. These ppl that work in there is just there fir a check they do t care about there customers and they’re not clean people I would not eat from them again SMH
I visited the restaurant today around 7:45 PM, and it was so crowded that they chose to close the register, making customers use the kiosk instead. An elderly man came in and stood at the register, but the staff didn't even try to assist him with his order. He wasn't familiar with how to use the kiosk, so it's frustrating that they expected him to figure it out on his own. Overall, I was disappointed with the service. Meal type: Dinner, Takeout.
I don't know what the issue is with these females not want to take orders correctly an respectfully but this McDonald's has one of the rudest cashiers I've ever met. Don't miss the fries... definitely get the Fritten! I also appreciated how quickly the line moved. Despite the number of cars in the drive-thru, I was in and out in no time.
