Horrible customer service! If you guys aren't open then why does the app let you order? Let's see if the system actually cancels my order this time. The last time I visited here we ordered two McFlurries and the machine was down. The very rude lady inside told me to just dispute it with my bank. I shouldn't have to do that you guys should have a better system. This morning when I go in the entrance sign says drive-thru open 24 hours. The sign on the window says they open at 5:00 a.m. The lady at the Drive-Thru said they open at 6:00 a.m. and it was 4:30 when I showed up. So what time exactly do you open?

Today I Go (For My Child) Same Thing Goes On ,Slow Drive Thru Then The Working Teenagers Were At The Front Door Smoking Marijuana With The Door Half Way Opened I Was Just Disappointed. Had a busy day in the morning order coffee, couple, egg, McMuffins, and orange juice. They told me I couldn’t change my order at the window and made me pull forward and wait not at the drive-through window for my hot mocha coffee shaking my head won’t be back unless they fix this, but I doubt it. Mistakenly ordered a medium fry on the mobile app. Asked for a large at the window and was told I ordered a medium. I said I will pay the difference and she proceeds to tell me it’s a two dollar difference. According to the menu, .80 is the difference. A simple math test may be needed as part of the training. These young people that work here are very rude and they closed their mc Donald's door at ,5:30 they don't like taking orders at the counter they make you go to the kiosk and that's not cool they didn't put ice in my drink then filled it to the line of the middle cup.
