I work in customer service and have see the looks that they give their customers and the way they talk to them. I know it can be stressful, but I was snapped at while in the drive-thru for asking a simple question after 15 seconds of silence. NOT OKAY! They need more customer service training at this location. Staff was really helpful. Elderly woman can in and was confused with the layout and staff helped her get the order in and made sure she got it when it was done. Another person came in and did not understand the points in app for paying for food, person at counter walked them how to use the points to pay for food. Both employees could have just let the customer founder but did not. Food: 3

I was not allowed to purchase an item that was in a poster by the drivethru as I did not have the code from the app. I am REQUIRED to dig out and use my cell phone while driving to go to McDonald's!!???!!??
