This will be my first and last visit! I will be avoiding this place in the future. I ordered a trio with a hamburger that came with yesterday's salad, spoiled tomatoes, and undercooked meat??? It took 20 minutes to prepare my order, even though it was quiet and only a few customers came to pick up their online orders. The kitchen was dirty, with fries scattered all over the floor. The staff was cooking while scratching themselves at the same time. The manager needs to be replaced immediately! I’ll give it 2 stars for the atmosphere since the place is new…
Staff seems to take more pride in enjoying each other’s company rather than serve the customer. They have a double drive through intercom system but don’t bother to work both. Sat at the intercom waiting while they cleared they’re drive through, then rather than go in order of arrival they passed 4 other customers ahead of me at their secondary machine. Very unprofessional and poor attitude when finally addressed.
It's clear that quality control is lacking. For spending 80$ to get less than what was ordered (ordered doubles got singles burgers) is not ok. It was not even busy or rush hour. What a waste.Unbelievably, THREE out of FOUR trios were WRONG.Unfortunately for us, we only discovered this when we got home. It's a shame we have to double-check in the first place.

We waited for quite a while to get our meals. Fries were cold as we got them! We went back, and the worker said , we must have waited to long!! Seriously?? No they waited to long to hand our meals to us.
15 dollars for 1 trio. i wont be going to mcdonalds again. The whole point of this place is to get cheap affordable food. why would i come here when burger king has 5.99 trios. bye bye mcdonalds.
The service was a bit slow, and I ended up not receiving what I ordered and paid for. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I was too far away to go back. Very disappointing.

Worst Mac ever, to order 1 coffee 10 minutes waiting no one shows up, workers are playing in the kitchen, laughing line of people inside, line of cars....??? crazy!!!
