I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but almost every time I place an order, they hand me a Happy Meal and then make me park in lane 1 or 2 to wait for the rest of my food. It feels like they’re trying to boost their speed ratings by making customers wait! Plus, my order accuracy is only about 79%. Thank you for disappointing my family, McDonald's. I never imagined I’d be spending $40-$50 at McDonald's. I’m just sharing my frustration here. While I know you’re working hard inside, I end up having to explain to others why the order is wrong. They think I went back there and messed it up on purpose!
If they can 't follow a simple request like fresh fries, they won 't be able to follow any other order.My fries were not fresh- I got the burnt, sitting in the heating lamp, old oil fries when I asked for some freshly made ones. I would understand if it were busy but there was no one else in the drive-thru and I ordered online. When I drove through I asked for fresh fries specifically, the order taker made sure we had fresh fries. False. Don 't waste your money here. Just go to the one in 1 and 9 not too far from here they at least give you decent fries not this burnt 45min to 1hr old fries.
This restaurant is your typical franchise, known for consistently delivering the same quality of food. The drive-thru line moves quickly, but you may encounter a bottleneck when you reach the pickup window. One issue I've noticed at this location is that during my two visits, they have consistently forgotten an item, usually fries.
ordered a burger with no cheese and mac sauce. cashier verbally confirmed my order with me and asked if the screen was correct (it was)… received a burger WITH cheese and NO mac sauce… unbelievable Lol.

You must be quite greedy to take a slice of cheese and cut it in half just to put it on a fish sandwich. I was disappointed, not because of the food itself, but because of the apparent greed.
This is what I get for giving this place a try. I asked for fresh fries and they thought I could not tell the difference. Never going here again.
