Every time I visit this location the manager that is there is so disrespectful and it’s not the 1st time and her staff follows her lead. The staff at this restaurant are not only rude but also unprofessional, and the manager on duty tonight was equally disappointing. They left my drink out, and my chicken sandwich was both burnt and stale. When I tried to address the issue, an employee abruptly shut the window on me, claiming she didn’t want to hear it. One thing I can say is you'll receive food... service was awful, I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt printed blank so I didn't know my order number. When I was standing with some other people waiting for food, a team member asked what I wanted to order and I said I already did. I began to tell her I got a blank receipt and would need my items called out, but she walked away without another word. Another team member called out an order number and when no one said anything, I said I didn't have an order number so it might be mine. She just looked at me and set my order down. Had to come home and cook my RAW BURGERS. Picked up order in drive thru 2 double quarter cheesburger meals and a hamburger kids meal. In guess the order was cleared off their board before complted. The window person asked for my receipt and had me pull up unil the order ess brought out. Got home and the burgers were not cooked thru. Of course they didn't give me back my receipt and they are not answering the phone. I had to cook my burger patties. Sad SadSad food prep.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The management was extremely rude, and I was frustrated that I couldn't place an order in person. I was ignored for 15 minutes, which is unacceptable. I can't understand why customers are treated this way. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place!
The food was satisfactory. But let's be honest, it’s McDonald's. It was quick, filling, and served hot. The fries were fresh, which is always a plus, although it doesn’t happen often. It broke my 24-hour fast. Thanks for feeding a hungry and weary customer!
The order was correct, but the fries were not done, and the tea was watered down. The arrival time kept getting pushed back. The food was warm, but overall not worth $20.
