Mcdonalds - Tisch reservieren

I always have to wait for a long time in the drive-thru at this restaurant. When I finally get to the ordering point, the staff is very rude. They rush through the order without asking if I want medium or large, which leads me to forget things. They never give me the salsa dip for the nacho bites or mozzarella dippers. While I was waiting in my car, I saw some young teenagers behaving in a disgusting manner, sitting on tables and stools and vaping. Despite young children eating with their families, the staff did nothing to stop them. I usually avoid going to this McDonald's in Hitchin because the food is cold and unsatisfactory. I frequent the drive-thru at this restaurant often and I must say, most of the staff are incredibly rude, with a few exceptions. My orders are often incorrect, even when they are small. There is one girl in particular who hands out the food in a very rude manner - no greeting, no smile, no thank you, just plain rudeness. If I were the manager, I would definitely address how the staff interacts with customers. Thankfully, this is McDonald's, because if it were an independent restaurant, I doubt they would have any repeat customers. I don't like to complain, but this particular McDonald's is the worst.

Having driven to Hitchin for an appt, Stopped for a quick burger. Parking is awkward, tight turn, you need to be in the drive through queue before you can go around. Auto machines advised take-out only, even though there were empty tables. Waiting not too long, but seemed to do easy orders before family bulk orders.

I ordered my food and then read some of the reviews that made me worry. they were busy on Friday afternoon. waited 5-6 minutes got my quarters fever and pommes and could not fail.
