Today I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Horrible way to start my Friday morning. On the drive through waiting to be assisted I pull up to the first window I do not see anyone I go to second window one of the girls tell me I was suppose to pay at the first window I apologized and explained myself she went in to charge my card and all of the sudden comes a lady supposedly named Kathy Narucki (supposedly the manager) starts screaming at me telling me how I am suppose to know to pay at first window and proceeds to throw my card and the receipt at my face. In complete shock I tell her how rude she is being and I would like my money back. She sends som...
Although McDonalds is typically my go to for a super fast consistent breakfast I've noticed that most of the restaurants are struggling at best to quickly turn out the food even when there doesn't appear to be many patrons. The customer unrest at thelast two restaurants I've visited are a good indicator. It seems to be a problem with the company as a whole..... concerning.It took me nearly 18 minutes to get my food. I was nearly late for a meeting. In contrast Chick-fil-A gets me my food in lessthan 5 minutes..... no matter how many people are backed up in the drive thru. Sorry to mention a competitor but that is whatyour up against and that is the new bar.
I am a mom of 3, a 5 year old and 3 year old twins. When out, we always get 2 happy meals and request an additional toy for the little that doesn?t eat McDonald?s. It has never been a problem and we have done so many times. I also worked at McDonald?s during my youth so I am beyond familiar with the establishment. Anthony the manager refused to provide an additional toy and we were required to purchase an additional meal in order to get a toy. I will never return after this frustrating experience. I won?t even put the option for any field trips I sponsor in the future. I was that bothered!
Please reach out* Food TAMPERED with. I went here at 8:10 10/5. I asked for pickles twice at drive through. We politely asked for them (missing in bag) and was told ?it will be 35 cent? of course we paid, but the person had attitude and crumpled up the pickles (see documentation). They also seem tampered with and for that money I expected more than the two pickles. It also has a hair in it (nose, pubic)? If it didn?t get crumpled up I would not assume this is intentional. I am keeping this in fridge to safeguard for documentation. The vibes were not peaceful there. I hope they find peace.

I'm taking the time to write a review on behalf of the wonderful team at the drive-thru here who work every morning. I stop by for coffee almost daily, and they consistently impress me with their efficiency—I'm in and out in under 10 minutes. Plus, they're always pleasant and friendly. Just genuinely nice people. The cashier has even started to recognize me and asks, "the usual?" I have an early and lengthy commute that can be tough, but it really brightens my day to have such a warm first interaction with someone who seems happy to see me.
Placed an order on the mobile app. Received my order number, arrived and my husband was asked if he had the correct location? Then another employee asked the same question...again did not want to check my order number simply said they did not have any mobile orders...then told me my card shouldn't be charged and i could reorder through the drive tru. No thank you. We can go elsewhere.
This was one of the best-run McDonald's I've ever visited. I especially appreciated the condiment bags they provide for curbside pickup—no one else does that! I was so impressed with how well my food was prepared that I even decided to order a milkshake afterward.
It was very slow. We got in the line in 11:15 and didn?t leave until 12:30. Also they kept forgetting what we had and left one of our 10 pieces chicken nugget meals. But we just leave we don?t have time and we have school. They need to be faster.

The customer service is quite slow. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes at 5:35 AM without anyone taking my order. I also dined in, and the food was not fresh or hot. My oatmeal was watery and not enjoyable at all.
Ive was at this McDonalds all my life (about 7 years) great place iv'e had some bad times here but overall great place
