Twice I went to McDonald's and asked for cream and sugar and each time I received plain black coffee. The older woman at the window was so busy running her mouth and laughing when I asked about the cream and sugar she looked at me like I was botheringher. I looked inside of the cup and it was black so I had to Twice for milk after leaving I realized that there was no sugar. Ihad to stop at another McDonald's in New Carrollton to get some sugar and the management there didn't want to fill the orderwith the conformation number on the ticket so she just threw some milk and a breakfast sandwich in the bag. HORRIBLE SERVICEJUST HORRIBLE.
Someone needs to check on the staff because they are not doing their jobs properly. I stopped by to get two Happy Meals for my daughters, and one of them was missing the four-piece nuggets; they only included the fries and apple slices. I called six times to report the issue, but no one answered. The girls in the drive-thru need to take their work more seriously, as they just spend their time joking around with each other. I mention this because it's not my first experience at this location; they really need to be more serious. 11/28/22
I?ve been in the drive through for an hour with no end in sight. Stuck here and can?t leave and no one has told us what?s going on. Update: There was only one lady working and the poor thing was doing the best she could. McDonalds please staff better shewas so nice and clearly trying to get everything under control with all of the systems down and such a huge line. Take bettercare of your employees
Just passed by a couple mins ago, all I wanted was a drink since my stomach was hurting , a guy said he couldnt take my order dont even know why , I thought it was normal but he was taking someone elses order unprofessional a liar if you cant take my order why take someone elses , I even said I just want a drink he said no not right now. Rude Liar Unprofessional. Service: 1

We went to the drive and they give us raw mcchickens, not just give us a raw burger they also gave a bad service Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Mcchicken
If I could give a zero I would I called some many time to tell them it was something wrong with my food and every time I call they hang up. This is horrible do best smh
