I have had a many a burger over the past couple of years, burgers of all shapes and sizes and i've always held fast food burgers to a lower standard of quality then your average burger. Today i experienced such a low standard of quality that i have only ever seen online before. for starters ive been to this McDonalds multiple times before and have never gotten something like this so for anyone going this McDonalds it most likely the exception and not the rule but still i fell it must be called out in order to attempt a continued acurinscay of quality in my burger. for starters i rolled into the drve through and as usual waited for someone to assure me they were there the voice machine turned...
This McDonald's is a pleasant and clean place to dine in, although there are occasional distractions from teenagers skateboarding near the cashier area. The service can be a bit understaffed, making it challenging to attend to dine-in customers compared to the drive-thru. However, I believe that if they hired more staff, this McDonald's could maintain its excellent service. The employees here are quite efficient at keeping the bathroom clean and promptly serving food to customers, and the meals are typically fresh. Despite some issues with staffing, this location is better than many other McDonald's in the Northern Virginia area.
FOODWe ordered a 20-piece chicken nugget and a spicy McCrispy. Both were served fresh and hot. For $5 at McDonald's, you would think the sandwich would be comparable to their fast food counterparts, but it was not spicy at all and incredibly lacking in flavor (which would have been nice paired with a sauce, which we were unable to receive).SERVICE DRIVE-THRUThere was no line in the drive-thru when we went around 3 pm. The staff were blunt but efficient, even though we did not get the sauces we asked for.
Stopped at this restaurant the other day because my kid was starving. There's plenty of parking and the restaurant is handicap accessible. We went through the drive-thru to order and pick up food. I love how you're able to use an app in the Drive-Thru now. We were able to order and have her food prepared pretty quickly. The food was good. I would recommend for a visit.

Update: Two weeks later and I'm facing the same issue. They’re once again only accepting cash due to system problems. It's disappointing! I just want to be able to place my mobile orders to earn rewards and take advantage of deals. Please fix this!
