On June 6th, 2019 at 10:40am, I had a disappointing experience at McDonald's located in Brooklyn MD on W. Patapsco Ave. The service was unorganized and the staff appeared unprofessional. Despite a friendly cashier, there were multiple issues with orders being incorrect, including at the drive-thru. The kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed and the manager was seen shouting at them in front of customers. The restaurant was not clean and there was a presence of a drug addict with strong body odor. Overall, this McDonald's location does not deserve any stars and should be closed down.
I went through the drive thru. I didn't order something the took a lot thinking to make . My order was a lg coke ,lg fry ,2 double cheese burgers and that was it . When I got to the window to , they handed me a lg cup and a bag . After I paid the bill . After got about 2 miles from that place . I decided to try some fries, it was hard ,dry and cold . So I decided to drink some soda to wash it down. It was a diet coke , very bad flavor.
I know it's McDonald's in Brooklyn but this specific location is just embarrassing. Costumer service doesn't exist, they constantly mess up orders that are SIMPLE! They'll tell you to pull your car up then come out missing several items because they were to lazy to carry them. Dirty and Sad , you can complain and let them know there wrong but they change nothing . Avoid this pos place
The customer service at this restaurant was rude and they were unable to get my order correct. The employees were joking and mocking me when I asked for a Coke, and I had to repeat myself multiple times to ensure my order was accurate. The cashier seemed unsure of what to do. As I was leaving, they continued to laugh at me.

The manager said she was out of courtesy cups for water but said she would sell my father and I one for a dollar. The food order was incorrect also. The manager and the staff we're very unprofessional. I would never go back there again if it was the last place to eat on Earth.
This place has the worst customer service.Clerks and manger speaks to you so mean and not friendly at all.I have been there several times and at different times and always so none professional with customers. Live close by but won't be going there again even with co workers
I found my fries to be overcooked and my Coke to be flat. The restaurant has been closed for three days now, and I hope it's for good. This reflects poorly on McDonald's, as there are some good ones out there.
Slow.....not posting what food they're not selling at certain times of the day.....
