My order was simply placed on the screen in Shoopyland 7 minutes before 8 p.m. today. When I asked why, the dark-skinned employee rudely said it was 8 p.m., which wasn't true. Even the clock in the restaurant showed almost 5 minutes to 8 p.m. Sometimes you don't need such a snarky answer if it's not true anyway. Schlechtester McDonalds der Schweiz. Unsympatische Mitarbeiter*innen, lange Wartezeiten und die Burger sehen aus, als wären sie in der Küche herumgeworfen worden. Nach 15 Minuten Wartezeit (für 2! Burger, ohne Menü wurde auf meine Reklamation geantwortet ist halt nun so. Ohne Entschuldigung oder sonst was. Absolute Schande für das Franchise.
Unsanitary conditions. We couldn’t eat there because we didn’t find where to wash our hands. There was toilet at the end of Shoppyland, but there was no soap.
