McDonald's is McDonald's. We all know the food is okay, but it's basic fast food. We go there cause we're looking for something fast or as a treat for our children. For this McDonald's the food lives up to what I would expect. Well prepared and hot. The problem, as with many businesses, is their staffing. The staff they had worked hard and as a team, they simply needed more help. It took much longer to get out food than I would expect from a fast food restaurant. Which isn't so bad unless you have hungry kiddos waiting with you. Then you realize maybe I need to stick with Chick-fil-A! ????
The Hispanic lady with colored hair put a Hispanic lady who barely understands English at the register. They are hiring Hispanics who also barely speak English. The manager came over and told me that they will not customize my order. I went to another McDonald's and had my order filled with no problem. Every other McDonald's customizes my order, but not this one. The customer service is ridiculous that I had to pull into a spot just for two McDonald's ketchup packets and a small fries with less salt on it.
Every time I get my salt-less fries, most locations like to be petty and throw a bunch of salt packets into my bag assuming I'm only asking for salt-less fries so they're fresh. I adore that they don't do that here. If I really wanted fresh, salty fries I'd ask for it, but I don't like salt on my McDonald's fries. The salt covers up the flavor of the potato too much. This location has never made me feel weird or bad for not wanting overly salted fries. I so appreciate the employees at this location.
Waited through a long drive thru line and only ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese and a Large Diet Coke pretty simple order. But when I finally got to the window I had to pull over to wait. Got back to my work/desk with my food I'm low carb so I removed the bun and threw the patty on a plate and began to eat it with a fork and it is freaking RAW disgusting! Had to throw it away. waited through a long drive thru line and ordered only a quarter pounder with cheese and a large diet coke quite simple order. but when I finally got into the window, I had to wait. I'm back with my eating back into my work/desk, I'm small carb, so I've removed the bungalow and throw the patty on a plate and started eating it with a fork and it's crazy raw disgusting! I had to throw it away. Why mcdonald’s? Why do they disappoint me??
On Thursday at 2:30, which is an unusual time, I was impressed by the cheerful and friendly employees at this restaurant. The woman taking orders had everyone in my car laughing and smiling. It was refreshing to see people really enjoying their work again. Kudos to McDonald's and the location manager for the great atmosphere.
Came t this location after the trinity of terror tour concert. My friend I waited in line because they were packed. I'm so glad they were still opened and the staff was super nice. I appreciated how guickly they got us our right food. We didn't have to wait on our food either. Would definitely go to this location again.

Mrs. B is an exceptional woman who works at this restaurant! She is always kind and attentive, taking the time to ask about my family. Her customer service goes above and beyond, and I always enjoy seeing her in action.
