I frequent this McDonald?s for the free Wi-Fi and to charge my phone on my walk to and from the MARTA station. Employees are super nice and most are bilingual speaking English and Spanish. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the food. It?s usually supermessy having too much of whatever condiment goes on what I ordered and if I order for more than one person the order is alwaysmissing something or wrong in some other way. Otherwise, great Mickey D?s. Always clean inside. The men?s bathroom could usemore frequent touch-ups but that?s pretty standard fast food bathrooms in my experience.
Clean environment and inside the workers were easy going and got me in and out in a hurry. Fast turnaround time and i got the right order the first time. There is a few kiosk to order from if you prefer that way or you can order on the app or at the counter. I recommend getting the apl to get rewarded for eating at McDonald?s and also get deals on food or even free food. Restrooms in the back and the parking looks ok for this location. The bun was stale and they hated me. I was white, I can’t help that but I am nice to all I meet . I think the latter was worse. When I asked if I may have ketchup, the woman picked up a box from under the counter and dropped it down in front of and gave me a look of daggers, the same look I got from my 13 year old daughter when I said no. Why does she hate me so? This is a bad place, the owner must only cares about profit.
I ordered food on the app and paid. Got to the window and they wanted me to pay again. Kept telling me that it was too cold and slamming the window in my face. I never got my food because I refuse to pay twice. This is ridiculous. Then had the audacity totell me that because it's now after midnight that's why I need to pay twice. I said in line for well over 20 minutes fornothing.

Cleanliness was really bad. All the tables had old food and trash on them. Bathrooms were not clean at all and were neglected. Customer service was not very good and was a bit disappointed when no one in the store was willing to take the extra step to goout of their comfort zone and help their customers.
Drive through SUPER LONG. Waited 10 minutes in it. Got to t the window nothing but silence for 3 minute then we 're not taking any more orders til 5 if you 're not open 24hrs CHANGE THE WEBSITE. Tons of people were behind me too
This McDonald's is the BEST I have ever been to. I stop at a McDonald's Just about EVERY day to get my LG Caramel ice coffee. I didn't get the Coffee but I did get was Hot and Fresh. Great Customer service. Great team.
The milkshakes here were poorly made and not blended well at all. The management seemed indifferent and didn’t offer an apology. The food was carelessly prepared, overly greasy, and the fries were not fresh.

I am honestly baffled by the lack of customer service. It's seriously disturbing, however I will NOT continue to patronize establishments whom do NOT value customers. Not at all.
This McDonald's is amazing! It's the best one I've ever been to. I never have to wait, and my order is always spot on.
