I had a very disappointing experience with the service! I ordered curbside delivery using the mobile app, which indicated that my order would take about 5 minutes. However, after waiting around 18 minutes, my food still hadn't arrived. I had to go inside to inquire about my order. When I finally received it, not only was it incorrect, but my fries were also stale. My order was just two burgers, one fry, and two drinks—not a large order at all. I believe that if you can’t manage the service you provide, you should consider removing it as an option.
I had a late-night craving for a quick bite to eat! I went through the drive-thru and had to wait about 15-20 minutes. The lobby was open, but I was too lazy to get out and order inside. However, the employee at the drive-thru was very friendly and welcoming. She even let me have a side of tartar sauce and a side of Big Mac sauce just because I asked! Although they were quite busy and the wait was a bit long, I was really pleased because my food was hot and fresh—not sitting under the heat lamp for too long! Overall, it was a good experience.
The staff working late at this restaurant seems quite lax when it comes to DoorDash orders; they rarely check for requested sauces, and items are frequently missing. This isn’t just a one-time issue – it happens every single time. I really hope there’s a valid reason for this, as it’s astonishing how consistently poor the service is.
I drive for Uber and Lyft, and I love getting my coffee here. The manager and staff provide exceptional service. Even at 1 AM on 03/22, when there was a long line, they handled everything with professionalism and care. I just want to acknowledge the hard work and excellent service at this location! The food was not the highlight for me, but the owners have revamped the restaurant with an emphasis on sustainability. They've incorporated many reclaimed materials and upgraded the equipment across the board. The establishment also utilizes solar-powered lighting and energy-efficient appliances.
Even with two drive-thru lanes open on a Friday afternoon during lunchtime, this McDonald's location was the fastest I've ever been to! I was in and out of the line with my perfectly made ice cream cone in under 5 minutes.
The morning shift staff is consistently polite when serving customers. However, wait times can be quite long, similar to other McDonald's locations during the late evening and early morning hours.
