I had a very stressful experience at this restaurant. I placed my order through the kiosk, but the receipt didn’t print, which I thought was okay at first. However, my order never went through, so I approached a staff member with red hair, a young girl, to ask about it. She told me that they had lost my order and then became quite angry with me, saying they were overwhelmed with orders and that she couldn't see my order number. I was taken aback; I hadn’t done anything wrong. In the end, she didn’t process my order or offer a refund, and the other staff members just laughed. I really can’t understand their attitude. The restaurant is severely understaffed, leading to drive-thru waits of over 30 minutes since there is only one person handling the front counter, drive-thru, and kitchen. I've been waiting here for ages, and as I write this, I'm still stuck in line. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I really feel for the lone employee working here; they definitely deserve a raise. Update: I ended up waiting for 1.25 hours. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald's, all for some McNuggets, fries, and a drink. Absolutely ridiculous.
Every now and then you come across people in the fast food industry that are leaps and bounds better than most and today 12/9 around 5:50 I had the pleasure of dealing with Jahod (I apologize for the spelling if incorrect) And he’s definitely one of those kinds of people. Keep up the good attitude and attentiveness and I assure you that you’ll go far in life young man. I’m not a person that leaves reviews but felt the need after this trip. I visited this McDonald's and placed an order, but after 25 minutes, we still hadn't received all of our food. We got our first meal after waiting 15 minutes, and when we waited another 5 minutes, we pointed out that one of our meals was still missing. They finally prepared it at that point. This is not a fast food restaurant! I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, which is unacceptable. Having worked in the fast food industry before, I know there's no excuse for making customers wait that long. It’s called a fast food restaurant for a reason. Absolutely ridiculous!
Worst McDonald I’ve been to ever! The food is never hot, and they always don’t give me what I ordered . I ordered a medium fry and this is what I was given. This happens each and everytime but THIS is unacceptable. If I wanted a value fry I would have paid for it!
I'm lactose intolerant and clearly requested no cheese on the triple cheeseburger. Unfortunately, it came with cheese anyway. The wrapper even says "no cheese," so I don't understand why it was so difficult to accommodate my request.
