After an incredibly frustrating wait, my fries were almost empty. Putting a small portion of fries in a large box doesn't make it a large order. The cheese on my burger was so far off that it was outside of the box. Having worked in this industry for many years, I would have been embarrassed if my team provided service like this, let alone consistently. The management seems to use the youth of their employees as an excuse. But here's the thing: it's your responsibility as managers to train them properly. Their shortcomings reflect on you. There have always been young employees at McDonald's, and many locations have managed just fine. I highly recommend just driving past this one.
Thoroughly disappointed with my experience today. I come to mcdonalds for my ice coffee because of the consistency of the products they offer. Today I waited 15 minutes curbside for a ice coffee which I ordered via the app...which is bizarre. Customers who came after me left before me. Curbside pick up service is always slow at this location. The staff is friendly and always helpful, so I feel like its a system problem. The worst part of my visit was the tasteless ice coffee and no straw. There was no dairy in it and it tastes terrible. Mostly water and syrup. Disappointed. Thank you to the young lady that apologized for the wait.
Very disappointed at this place..if you guys change the instructions for the skip please update it on the app..i had to wait in the line of the drive thru because you guys dont want yo give me the skip order on drive although ur instructions clearly says that i should use the drive thru after 8.why can’t u just give me order this time and tell me to come next time in the lobby..i am completely ok waiting but its the food that get cold and also the customer is waiting for the order.
7:15-8 Dec 31,2022 not sure on what terms why the dinner isn't open but I watched 10 people with families not be able to dine without advisory. Anyone home . says 10pm dinning , 24h drive through . @mcdonalds what's up? Y'all employee. Due to new years? This location has got to be the worst. It's fast food, so generally, I wouldn't post a review, but this warrants it. I have been a handful of times to get a coffee before my 11pm night shift, as Tims is closed. Not once have I had a good coffee. It's either old and cold, bitter, and tastes like sludge or they've messed up a simple order. Is it that hard to have fresh coffee??
I’ve visited this location a couple of times for both drive-thru and dine-in, and I usually order coffee with my meal. Unfortunately, every single time, my coffee has been served cold or only slightly warm. I’ve been to many McDonald's across the country, and this has never happened before, which is a bit disappointing.
The service staff is friendly and courteous, but the food is awful and my orders have never been correct at this location. Do all the young employees here struggle with basic reading comprehension and following simple instructions? I think it might be better to drive just a few more minutes to Wendy's.
Love this place. Love the produce and fruits. The family that owns and runs it is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel like part of the family. You have to try the homemade apple crumble pie... it's sinful. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
15 mins for a junior chicken meal and mc double. after placing order. Drive through at 11pm. Wow! Management? Atleast train them to make it properly. Are they fit for duty?
