I had an awful experience at this restaurant. The manager messed up my order and was quite disrespectful when I tried to address the issue. At one point, he even knocked on my car window too hard. It all started when he approached my vehicle with a bad attitude for no reason. When I went back to correct my order, he continued to act disrespectfully, interrupting me and speaking in a condescending manner. We stopped by today for a quick meal between appointments, as my son picked this restaurant to celebrate his birthday. The manager, Dorathy, truly exceeded our expectations and made our visit special. They even came out to sing "Happy Birthday" to my son! We received excellent table service, which was a great help with our two little ones in tow. The restaurant also had crowns, coloring activities, and stickers available for the kids, which was a delightful touch. The place was impeccably clean, and it was clear that the staff is well-supported. I feel terrible for forgetting our cashier's name, but she was fantastic and very helpful in guiding us with the app.

On September 3, 2023, I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff member I encountered appeared to lack basic understanding and was quite rude. I was trying to request a Skip the Dishes pickup along with my own order, but he refused to help with either. The restaurant's policy states that orders can be picked up at the drive-thru after 8 PM, so I'm confused as to why there was a problem.

The staff at this restaurant are wonderful! However, I do have a few thoughts about the building itself. The setting isn't very private, particularly concerning the restrooms. If you're in the stall, it can feel a bit uncomfortable when you accidentally make eye contact with someone at the sink nearby. There's a noticeable gap around the toilet that adds to this issue of privacy.
I cannot recommend this restaurant. Overall, it's lackluster, but this particular location might be the worst in the area. I've noticed garbage cans placed right in the dining areas, and they often hand customers their cups after touching the rim or putting in straws. Furthermore, the soda machine has a strange, moldy taste.
The service was quick, precise, and welcoming. Our meals came out in no time. My brother got the steak sandwich and said it was the best he had ever had. My cashew chicken bowl had just the right amount of spice, with juicy chicken and perfectly cooked vegetables. I also appreciated the coffee refills!
Av assisted us at the window and was incredibly kind. Although there was a slight wait for the food, she truly brightened our Monday! As Skip the Dishes drivers, we really appreciated her warmth and made our night! Thank you!

I cannot recommend ordering from this place. My friend and I visited the drive-thru, and halfway through his order of fries, we discovered two twist ties and a crumpled straw wrapper mixed in.
