Coke tastes like water with a slight cola flavor... It 's a disgrace to charge for it. No carbonation either. An endless wait. Ich habe es seit Jahren immer wieder probiert, aber leider ändert sich nichts an der schlechten Qualität bei dieser Filiale. Es wurde kalt geliefert, wenn man nicht sofort kontrolliert, fehlen bei einer größeren Bestellung (zum Mitnehmen) „viele Sachen“, Gerade heute hatte ich einen Mc Rib OHNE SOSSE. Ich habe bereits an Mc Donald Deutschland geschrieben, das der Franchisepartner in Remagen im Vergleich zu ganz vielen anderen so schlecht abschneidet, das er eigentlich geschlossen werden sollte. Customer service should really be 0 stars. When taking food out, it's a good idea to check everything carefully. More and more is missing. Sometimes there are even incorrect burgers in the packaging. Today, a total of 5 wraps were missing (worth at least €20). If you point it out, you get the missing items. Most of the time, they don't even apologize. They just say there's a lot to do. If it happens once, you can understand it. But every time, and more and more, I find it impossible.
Even in drive you wait forever. You stand there for 5 minutes until someone speaks to you. Then you stand around and the first counter is not occupied. 2 switches overwhelmed. You stand in front of a closed window for another 5 minutes and watch the employee talk. Then you can finally pay and then wait for the order again. All in all, you definitely have to take your time here. The burgers were good and hot.

Pickup or drive-thru are not recommended. I've been there at least 20 times, and every time we unpacked at home, a lot of things were missing. Today, all the sauces, the kids' toys, and the ice cream were missing. You just have to check on the spot if you don't want to see the disappointed kids. The quality and speed are fine, as in almost every McDonald's.
Worst McDonald's ever, only 4 in a 6-piece chicken nugget. No receipt. Freedom!!!
