We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, especially for my kids. I ordered two cheeseburger happy meals with extra pickles, but both came with none. I figured I’d just buy an extra cheeseburger with pickles, thinking that would solve the problem. However, it only had one pickle. On a positive note, the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful, and the person cleaning the tables was also kind. However, there really needs to be improvements in the kitchen. Adding pickles shouldn’t be difficult, and it felt somewhat intentional. It’s quite disheartening. My family has decided we will never return to this McDonald's again.
Waited over 20 minutes after paying at the drive-thru. When my order was handed to me it was missing items. When I went in to retrieve the rest of my order there were a lot of flies for the end of September. That’s when I saw the employee that brought my order out to my car coughing all over her hands and then handling food without washing them. My rating reflects a 1/5 for a McDonald’s, for reference, I would consider a 5/5 for a McDonald’s to be on par with a 2/5 for any half decent restaurant so if I could rate this experience as lower than 1/5 I would.
I've lived in the area for a couple of years, and my experiences at this restaurant have been a mess. The service is slow, they frequently get orders wrong, and overall, it's quite inefficient, even when it comes to the simplest requests. They could learn a thing or two from the Whitby locations (which are different franchises). At least those places are consistently terrible!
The staff were so friendly. They went above and beyond used very kind words and made us feel welcome. They were quick to wipe down our table and have good conversation!The atmosphere was great too the play place and table set up here is great to watch the kiddos play! The drive-thru line was so hectic that I decided to go inside to grab two coffees. It was complete chaos! After waiting 20 minutes, I finally got my order. To top it off, both coffees had granules in them. What a disappointing experience!
WORST McDonald’s ever… the drive through staff is ridiculously rude every time you’re parked EVERY time just to get cold food … the staff literally argues with you … if I wanted to argue with teenagers I’d stay at

Slow service, and they mess up your order, not to mention the delay to get your food, not every mcdonalds is a hit sadly.
