Let's begin with the customer service, which I would rate as one star. When I entered the restaurant, there were no lines and I asked to place an order. The young man at the counter pointed to a kiosk and told me to do it myself. I was surprised and felt that proper customer service should have been provided by the staff. Additionally, it seemed that there were issues with the cash register. As I waited, I noticed that none of the staff were wearing non-slip shoes, which made me question the safety and health standards of the restaurant. In my experience working in the industry, this lack of proper footwear is not only dangerous but also a code violation.
Ridiculous. Went thru the drive thru and was told systems were down, pull forward. We pulled forward to find the vehicle behind us was paying for their meal by a male in a red hoodie. We pulled to the front window when they tried to hand us a drink and explained that 's not ours and we were told the systems were down and she looked stunned and called the manager over. There was the red hoodie behind him and hid. She laughed , said it was a mistake and asked us to go back thru the drive thru. Needless to say we left.
My boyfriend and I ordered dinner at this restaurant. We got a Big Mac, a Triple Cheeseburger, and a chicken sandwich, all with fries. However, when we received our bag, it was missing the fries, some of the sauces my boyfriend paid for, and the cheeseburger was completely smashed. To make matters worse, there were no straws for our drinks. The chicken sandwich bag was missing pickles, even though they weren't part of the order. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this restaurant.
I ordered a McRib along with multiple other items. Once I made it home my McRib box had chicken nuggets in it instead. I called and spoke to a manager. They insured me that the next time I visited I would receive some sort of replacement. Once I went back I spoke to the manager on duty explaining my situation she said they no longer sold the item. It seems like they must have paid a lot of money for their reputation because the service here is absolutely terrible. They can never get your order right - not even once! The food is always cold and seems to have expired. If you want to feel insulted and confused after spending your hard-earned money, then this is the place for you. I will definitely be going to a different location in the future, no matter what.
This location truly sucks, I work in the area and like to order lunch once a week, they never EVER fail to put what I don’t want on the burger. I order online every single time, I also used to work in foods, it’s not that hard to read the screen and get it right?? If I could give 0 stars I would. Personally I would just go down the road to the Michigan Ave location, which I will be doing from now on.
We were greeted which is a good start, but was followed with “when you’re ready to order go to the kiosk” very impersonal in my opinion. We decided to dine and it was difficult finding a clean table so we sat in the cleanest one we could find. Then when we got are food it was handed in a to-go fashion. I guess a tray was too much to ask for? Next time I guess I will keep driving.
This is one of the friendliest stores. Employees are always smiling, cheerful and friendly. That tells me they have good managers. The Sausage Burritos are the best! Food is always hot and fresh. Lines move quickly, even in the morning. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Completely missed a whole meal in my order and two individual burgers (half the order). Food we did get was cold and had to be reheated. Not the first times we have had issues with this location.
