So , the only thing this place is struggling with is line up and the reason being is there staff has poor listening skills. While placing order we have to literally shout from our lungs still the girls dont catch the correct order. I mean really how hard it can be to order happy meal and wraps . It took me good 5 minutes in drive thru. and this is not 1 day problem it’s every time . Management should do something like hire multilingual staff so they know all slangs , normal English and everything.
Walked in Sunday Nov 26/23.Ordered a 1/4 Pounder, medium Fries MediumSprite at 05:00:54 pm.I was number 3 order.Although there were plenty of staff working, I didn't receive my order until 5:16:22 pm.16 minutes to get a Burger, Frries and an empty cup !!!!To add insult to injury, there were NO Ketchup Cups and NO Straws !!PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DISASTER MCDONALDS.
Nice McDonald's to eat at. Highly recommended for any passerby customers. Sometimes the food is a bit slow but I can't complain because they're usually a bit understaffed.Vegetarian options: There are fries, wraps, and even egg sandwiches.Parking: Enough spots to fit rush hour.Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's.
Every time we eat at this McDonald's, we wait a long time for our food, even when there is no line up's.Drive thru, were always getting parked and waiting close to 10 min at least.Last time we ordered a Big Mac combo, fries came with deep fried lady bug, ....really??? Too bz during lunch time. Did an in app order. Was waiting for my order number to called . Then it suddenly disappeared on the screen. Had to flagged someone down to find out what happen to my order. Took a few min to get someone cause they all bz running
Always a positive experience. I usually stop by once a week in the morning around 730. In and out in no time at all.They treat you well and don't waste any time getting you your food.I'll be back next week!
I have noticed over th elast few months summer/fall 2023) they are consistently not filling any drinks even close to the top, literally about 1/2 a cup less than normal.
