My friend had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today due to the inadequate service. With just four staff members on duty, there should always be someone at the register rather than in the back. After waiting for 15 minutes without any assistance, he left feeling frustrated and discarded the food. The team really needs to improve their efficiency and ensure that customers aren’t kept waiting for more than four minutes. It might also be beneficial for them to hire additional staff.
The service at this McDonald's is disappointing. I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup but ended up wasting time, gas, and energy due to poor customer service. Always double-check your order before leaving, as items are frequently missing, and you have to insist on receiving what you already paid for. The curbside employee was rude, and the store manager, May, seemed uninterested in addressing customer concerns. It feels like the quality at McDonald's has significantly declined.
Waited 4 mins in the counter. No one came to take order. Placed order in the machine. Took my table placement and sat. No dine in customer. My order wasnt brought to my table. I heard the staff scout out ti say order ready. I waited for it to be brought to my table. 3 mins passed no sign of it. Went to the counter it was sitting there for me to pick it up.Horrible service. If it was really a busy day I understand. It was just bunch of lazy staff with attitude.
The drive-thru attendant I encountered on February 19th around 6:15 PM seemed unfamiliar with the menu, and they mistakenly included spicy nuggets in my order instead of what I had requested. I opted not to take the receipt because they've typically done a good job with my orders in the past. Unfortunately, my kids won't eat the food, and now I'm out the money. Really disappointing. This is the best McDonald’s in Hayward. They love their job. The place is always clean. The food is always fresh and the workers work as a team. I love this location they always make their food is fresh!! Cindy is such a Queen! She knows Mc Donald’s policies and puts customers first! So grateful for Cindy’s kindness as well as professionalism! Love love love this location!!!!
They got our order wrong. The store smelled like rotten garbage. We will not be back.Went back. Still a nasty store. You have to use the kiosks to take your own order. Prices have almost doubled. What are you doing to earn that $20 a hour? Its definitely not customer service or cleaning the store.
The staff at this restaurant is excellent! They might need a bit more time in the mornings to get everything running smoothly, especially when it gets busy, but they put in a lot of effort to keep things on track.
They don’t mix your McFlurry; instead, they just hand you a cup of vanilla ice cream with Oreo pieces on top. As for the Shamrock Shake, they simply add the syrup on top without mixing anything. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
