I had just undergone a medical procedure and my husband was driving me home from Little Rock to Hot Springs, AR. At that moment, the thought of having something cold, refreshing, and crunchy sounded incredibly appealing. We went through the drive-thru and the service was polite, quick, and efficient, which I appreciated. However, when my husband handed me my ice cream cone, I was disappointed to find a poorly shaped glob of vanilla ice milk atop the sugar cone. By the time I noticed, we had already driven away, and I realized I only received half of my ice cream. I understand this may seem like a minor issue, but aren't all complaints just small issues? All I'm asking is that your employees...
During my visit, I found the staff to be quite rude. They made mistakes with every order while I was there. Additionally, they were delivering food to cars that weren't even there, and they had to remake a woman’s order because it had been given to the wrong person. My burger was also made incorrectly, and when I requested some mustard, the employee seemed to think I was being difficult. They brought me just one packet and appeared annoyed when I asked for another. Overall, it was a very unprofessional experience.
I have had multiple disappointing experiences at this location, particularly concerning the accuracy of my orders and the freshness of the food. It seems like they may be short-staffed in the kitchen, as the customer service can sometimes fall short. Today, I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich, but I received the non-spicy version with the wrong type of lettuce, and it was soggy. Furthermore, there was no straw included, and they apparently didn't have the correct sauce.

The service was incredibly slow; I waited over 15 minutes for my order. I eventually had to go inside to request a refund, and the manager only returned the full amount, mentioning that I still had my drink. I handed the drink back, and then he pulled some change from his pocket, smirking while doing so. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's!
The food was served cold. I chose to go to this restaurant because it's nearby, and with the rain, I thought it would be easy to pick up something for my little girl. I made a point to request no ketchup on the sandwich several times, and I even reminded them again when I asked for the bag. Overall, I was quite disappointed!
I work at McDonald's, so I'm aware of when old fries are used instead of fresh ones. I've been to this location before, and the food was fresh. However, after a recent game, I won't be returning. We waited too long to get our food, and it was cold when we finally received it. It wasn't worth going back to address the issue.

This is hands down the worst restaurant I've ever been to, especially with my upcoming visit planned for tomorrow. They seem completely unprepared for handling a morning crowd, which makes for a very frustrating experience. Most of my visits have been disappointing, and I've had enough. I won't be coming back!
