I waited an eternity for my mobile order, and when it finally arrived, there was sticky residue all over the bag and the containers holding my food. I went to this McDonald 's location on Sunday with my sister. I ordered a diet coke without ice. I am used to ordering drinks with no ice and getting ice, then explaining I wanted no ice and the worker fixing it, no problem. But this time, there was icein it and the girl handed it out. When I mentioned I asked for no ice, she said, it was supposed to be without ice. I noticedthere was ice in it when I handed it out. It isn 't much though so it s fine. I've visited this McDonald's countless times—probably around 50—since I've been eating out daily for the last six months. I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald's. The staff was rude and dishonest. They charged me $8 for bacon, which I received on a Bacon McDouble that only had about four strips. When I returned to order a second Bacon McDouble, they only gave me one strip of bacon. I felt like they were trying to shortchange me and that this was just the last strip from the previous batch. They insisted that the $8 charge was for "extra bacon," but it was clear that they weren't doing their job properly. The food was cold, and the service was terrible. I probably won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this location.

The service was slow, and I initially thought the dining room was closed at 10 a.m. The food was cold, even the coffee, which my husband had to take back to get a fresh cup. Out of all the McDonald's in our area, this particular location needs improvement. It definitely has the potential to be better!
The roof is leaking, the toilets are not functioning properly, and the tables are all dirty. It's extremely hot in the play area as well. They really need to consider closing this location and only offering drive-thru service. If I were the manager, I would take action. Food rating: 3/5.
To begin with, there was nobody at the registers, and we waited over five minutes to be served. The whole restaurant was dirty, and the kids' play area was so unclean that we couldn't eat there. I won't be coming back! Food rating: 2/5.
You can't go wrong with McDonald's. I love their fries because they never seem to go bad. Just take a look under the car seat when you're stuck in traffic to find some leftovers; they'll always look fresh! Haha!

The restaurant was underwhelmingly busy, similar to other places. I consistently had to move to the front to place my order, which was frustrating during my 30-minute lunch break.
I primarily use the drive-thru, but I must say that the employees are fantastic! They remember me and chat with me whenever they’re not too busy. Excellent customer service!
