I spent appx. $15 on a medium Qtr pound meal with a McFlurry. The machine apparently broke or was never working right in the first place. Normally I would take the loss and let it go. But the poor kid that was working there was really struggling and Isaw the Manager by the food delivery area (the kid took my order, my money and handed out my food). Perhaps they were the onlytwo people there. I gave them low marks because the 1/4 pound was raw (my dog ate it) and the manager sent the kid to tell methe machine was broken and offer a substitute but not a refund. The kid probably did not know how to give a refund the managerdidn't set a good example to his employee for what customer service is....
It is not a place I would recommend to anyone that is even slightly concerned about their own health or the health of those important to them. One of two humans actually working at the store we had opportunity to chat with. She was much more than justpleasant. Service was great. I really don't want to call it food, but it came hot and fresh with a smile. Place was clean. Whatturns me off the most is the fact of screens taking the places of human beings and it's just not good for you.
We stopped to pickup breakfast at 9:15 and all the doors were locked. POOR BUSINESS!!!!! There were 8 cars in the parking lot if they were all workers the parking lot should be ckean and the garbage can should be empty.
Went inside to eat, thinking I would get hot food. I was wrong. Big mac had so much sauce it soaked the bun. Took 2 bites and tossed it. Fries where cold and undercooked. AWFUL experience I am done going to McDonald's.

This might be the slowest McDonald's in the USA. I waited 7 minutes just to place my order, and then it took an additional 12 minutes to receive my food - completely unbelievable.
I visit McDonald's frequently, and this was my first experience in Wyoming (I live in Dallas). I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and courteous service.
Service and the staff were wonderful. The food is certainly not worth the money. It was just blah, comparable to cardboard.
I was pleased to discover a clean McDonald's; however, the service was disappointing.
