No serviettes, no care when handing the drinks through the window causing the paper bag to tear and some of the drink to spill into the car (the server did not apologise and was in fact not paying attention, ignoring the request for napkins, even though the driver was speaking Spanish). Messy interior and toilets.
We had a problem with the order because they forgot to give us some of our food but they were very apologetic and fixed the problem.
Good food, however I have seen cleaner McDonald’s restaurants.
