Slow service at this location, you always have to wait for your food around the side, even for simple things like hotcakes. Don't order large fries, they consistently half fill the box, ripping you off. None of the staff is ever friendly and I don't think they know how to smile. You get to the pay window and every, single, time... you're waiting for staff to come to the till. It's ridiculous. I'm done going to this McDonald's. The one at Portage is far superior with pleasant employees and don't rip you off.UPDATE Aug.31/23: Removing another star. Why did I even bother? Ordered 10 nuggets, got home and there was only 8 one of which was misshapen and questionable... never seen anything like it...
This is probably the only McDonald's that has consistently the worst food and service in the city. They recently renovated but it looks gross and dirty inside. Once, we wated for over 20 mins to get our food, meanwhile drive thru was getting their orders before us. The staff is rude and in general incompetent of making the simplest orders, I am talking about a friggin coffee. I really wish that they get better staff who actually know what they're doing. It's unfortunate thay I have to drive further to another McDonald's because the closest one to me sucks this much.
This location is a hit or miss, depending on time and staff. Today was a miss as we were dining in. We ordered using the kiosks, the chicken nuggets and fries were dark. Likely need to change/clean the oil and the member serving food was not paying attention to the orders, not handing out the drinks. Manager was yelling on the floor, didn’t pay attention to me as I was getting her attention for our drinks and condiments.
Ordered three meals, person taking my order, after every items she would cut me off and ask “is that all”. They missed 1 meal, missed fries, missed my kids sauce for chicken nuggets… he was devastated. When I called, who ever answered cut me off to tell me that what I paid for. No accountability, no apologies, heard laughter before being hung up onWhat a joke of an experience

No matter what you order, no matter the time of day, no matter the volume of customers in the store, you will ALWAYS have to go park and wait 5-10 minutes for your order.Whoever is the manager of this location absolutely cannot get it together.
Went 3 times this week and each time i recieved my meal the fries were very old to the point where i couldnt eat them. I gave the place some chances but now im pissed. Like i pay for the meal and things should be fresh. Dont be lazy.
Close to home and always delicious but it depends if we get the correct order. Staff are always friendly and service is always in a timely manner.
This McDonalds has done recent reno's and the food has just gone down hill. Not worth going to. Go somewhere else.
