well over an hour to get our food and that is after the persecution of order, is that really a fast eating restaurant? at least other people complain about the time it took for the food to arrive. God knows how long it might have been if we hadn't hunted it up! when the food arrived. the half of our command was not there and had to chase it up! Maybe it is too busy, but mcdonald’s is supposed to promise to eat fast. just not acceptable worst mcdonalds I have everything I could do for you!
I visited and used the terminal to order take out on Saturday 8th September 2018 at about 19.10. I paid cash €21.30. the ticket was timed at 19.14.45. ESP 08. I arrived home 5 minutes later (trip adviser says we are 2 minutes away! Big problems. The two large fries were COLD. The two Curry sauces we're not Curry BUT CHINESE I am very unhappy at this poor incompetent service
Went through the drive in and at the first window (after a 5 minute wait) we were told we had to drive around again and rejoin the queue as we hadn’t made the order via the speaker. We explained that no one had answered us but they refused to take our order and rudely shut the window. The man’s attitude was unbelievable poor and was not we expect at a Macdonald restaurant!
as a non-French speaking youthful person I needed help to order my snack and daniel became voluntary as an English speaker. he provided me with a very professional, courteous, friendly and efficient service. thanks daniel. happy and blessed christmas for them., their family and friends. merci! This is your typical McDo but there is a great view from the first floor balcony.Sadly on the day of my visit the server (168) was very miserable.There is good FREE wifi and this is a great reason for stopping here for an ice cream.I will be back for an ice cream and the free wifi
